Daniels company KC homeservice is our "On site landlord". This is his letter to you as an incoming tenant. Please read it and give him an answer.

Welcome to Koh Chang and Lom Ta Ley. On behalf of Johan Hermelin we maintain Lom Ta Ley and give you requested service. Here follows some information before your arrival. If you haven’t seen the video Lom Ta Ley – Facilities we recommend you to do.

Transfer
We can bring you from an airport or meet you at the ferry port. Please send an email and let us know where and when.

Refrigerator
We would be happy to fill your refrigerator to your arrival with vegetables, fruits, water and other drinks. Just tell us what you want.

Rent a vehicle
If you want to rent a car or a motorbike just let us know. We will deliver the vehicle to Lom Ta Ley at your arrival. The car can be a sedan or a pick up model.

Wifi, electricity and water
Wifi, electricity and water is for free. Please use aircondition during nights only. Keep doors and windows open during daytime as it will create a pleasant indoor climate.

Laundry
Bed linen and towels are washed once a week. Just tell Nang if you have any private laundry.

Registration
Based on regulatory requirements we register all tenants by taking a copy of your passport, visa and TM6 form and sent it to the authority.

Finally
Give us a mail so we can prepare your arrival (transfer, filling the refrigerator or anything else). Any requests or problems during your stay, please give us a call.
